Security & Trust
Conservative claims, clear responsibilities and published policies.
NomaPort reduces common security and privacy risks for individuals and teams through secure configuration, guidance and partner-supported workflows. We are transparent about what we do and do not protect against.
Our approach
Practical protection by default — preconfigured before shipping and designed to reduce common travel and remote-work risks for solo workers and small teams, without pretending to replace a full security programme.
Hardware disclosure
NomaPort v1 may use existing third-party hardware. We do not claim to manufacture routers unless this is legally true.
VPN responsibility
NomaPort configures customer-provided or partner VPN services. Unless explicitly agreed, NomaPort does not operate the VPN network.
AI data handling
NomaPort AI explains what data is processed, where, by which provider and under what terms. Private deployment options may be available on request.
Security updates
We publish a security update policy and accept vulnerability reports through our disclosure process.
Legal documents
Terms, privacy, acceptable use, warranty, fair use and related policies are available in our Legal & Trust section.
